The best album of this awsome band. And, like "Complete Strangers" from Vetiver, one of the most underrated albums of all time. The spacey aurea that involves us in each song serves as soundtrack for any sweet gest we experiment in the beggining of this new era. Catchy and very, very simple.
What these guys want? Where did they come from and where are they going? Even without knowing it, how we can not fall in love with all the experimental features and beautiful songs that build the basis for the tiniest statement of what it is to be who you are? Let's be honest: this is an act.
At the same time raw and sophisticated, shrewd and sloppy, lyrically grand and delicately experimental, this beautiful petard spewed from one of the most unique voices in music today oozes honesty through every crack of life's paradoxes. Fetch the Bolt Cutters, the album, shines on its own. Just like its creator.
The best way to touch Claire Elise Boucher's true heart is by paying attention to the somber side of her acessible pop. There she breathes her soul. There she is Grimes.
Both in the details that the silence between the notes produce and in the chaos of improvisation, Nicolas Jaar reaches its peak and offers us his most daring and delicate album of his career. A true work of art.

It's the first time I read about Puma Blue, so I added their new album to my list of records to check out! I also can be a big fan of Post-Punk at times, I loved the debut by shame, didn't fancy their new one too much though, but maybe it'll grow on me! Have you listened to The Luxembourg Signal yet? It's identified as Post-Punk and I thought both of their albums were excellent so you might enjoy it!
