beyond old names, everyone's songs.

This is some really great instrumental indie rock, or midwest emo, or folktronica, or whatever you wanna call it. It kinda fits all three. The quiet and often repetitive vocals plus the occasional samples suit these melancholic, hard-hitting instrumentals super well, especially on tracks like B.O.N.ES.. Maybe I'm just a sucker for anything remotely emo, but this is awesome. I'm surprised it garnered as much attention as it did, considering it wasn't even released on a Friday, but I'm obviously not complaining. This album definitely deserves as much attention as it can get.
