some of the best label chemistry you can find

Don't be Dumb is far from being Bad but is certainly underwhelming. There are many highlight tracks and Rocky performances, but these are few and far between. Many of the features fall flat with minimal exceptions. Overall, this album feels like a lot of mediocre Rocky tracks with a few exceptions and certainly not worth 8 years and all the build up which in the end worked against it.
