From what I can make out, this is one of the earliest examples of raw death metal, coming out of the late 80’s with a sound that sounds pretty ahead of the curve considering what metal was established as at this point. This is gnarly, gristly and angry. Three terms that have come to define the genre to a T. All in all this is a passionately committed entry point to the sound, even though it does feel *slightly* dated.
