Back to form for Men I Trust, as they release arguably their most consistent record to date. It has everything we've come to love about MiT and just a sprinkling more!
The vocals just really don't work for me - everything else is seriously impressive but the vocals just feel pretentious and annoying
Pretty enchanting, but unfortunately just not quite enough to fully capture me for the entire album. There are beautiful moments here, but others that just don't quite land.
Pirouette sees Model/Actriz continue to showcase their incredible unique dance-punk sound - full of sex and darkness whilst also chaotically danceable. In a way, this album feels more personal than their debut, Dogsbody, and can come across as if it is sacrificing a bit of what made that album so special for narrative instead - but I find that it actually gives the album more personality!

Absolutely beautiful as always from Natalia, but I just couldn't keep myself captivated the whole way through. The 1h15 runtime is definitely a bit of a slog, even with such a gorgeous sound throughout

Another banger album from Viagra Boys! You can feel the fun that they had making this album throughout the entire thing, and there's hardly a weak moment at all. Pure fun!
An angry album that showcases a disgust with America. 'Caucasity' is a terrific word too.
