Kind of had the opposite effect from DALL where I keep replaying the BSides whereas I only play Icarus sporadically; it's a great song though, and the video in full is essential viewing.
Late review but I think it suffers from the same problems as 'One of a Kind' except this time 'TTYL' as a song is so spectacular that nothing could possibly match it on the EP
Really outshines her previous works; it's consistent and gorgeous, and her voice sounds perfect. Love, love, love<3
So good. Her voice sounds amazing, love the little run on 'Stars'. 'Stateside' is one of her absolute bests. Closer track is weirdly emotional, and very catchy.
Mother saw the polarising reaction to 'Still' and knew she had something to prove.
'Alley' is incredible, wish more songs on the album sounded like it.
I don't see what everyone else seems to see, honestly. It feels like she heard the demands that people wanted PopGa back, and as a result, created an album of soulless pop songs that don't have the artistry that made her so special in the first place.
A great collection of tracks which represent F5ve - the most exciting group in Asia at the moment - as a group. This album is hindered only by its length, with only one track reaching above 3 minutes; this is especially evident in the final track 'Real Girl', which reminds me of quintessential Morning Musume. wish the edm instrumental wasnt just a teaser gimmick cause i feel like it would be far more interesting than whats presented here
