Oh wow, ok this ones kind of hard.
This album is pretty much beyond perfect at points.
The first time i listened every song was a total masterpiece, and then i listened and listened and weeded out the two outliers and now its a 98, each track lost on single point cause Deep, deep and Holy fucking shit, and I don't love and Earthmover and Hunter and BLOODHAIL and- and... well i could go on forever.
there all just... Perfect!
its honestly a little too much.
its cements itself as a classic just ... read more

This was a bit of a first for me, blindly finding an album and just listening to it.
and it wasn't a bad one by any means, in fact this would probably seem like kind of a bad album to do this with for the first time but i actually found this album pretty rad, a bit exotic for my taste since I'm pretty new to math rock, but it was still a totally sick experience.
the drums were probably the most eye catching part for me, they seemed so punctual and free moving at the same time and it made the ... read more

Edit *wait... just realized this is my 50th review... don't know if that's an actual milestone but kind of cool ig.*
I bet you thought i was gonna do one review and leave for a month or two like always... but no.
so my good friend suggested I listen to this album and again... i put it off.
but when i finally stopped being an idiot I was pleasantly greeted with a shoegaze classic that exceeded my expectations.
though i don't enjoy it as much as the 2008 monster that is Deathconsciousness, i did ... read more

I think i put this off for so long cause i always just thought that Homogenic was as good as it could get. (or I'm lazy.)
but either way i finally sat down and did it, and...
yeah, every track was good, Bjorks voice shines through maybe even more on this album than any other and the production level is off the charts.
its as close to perfect as she can get, and I'm sure everyone knows that by now.
the amazing instrumentals are really something to behold, musically, and lyrically this album is ... read more

So, haven't made a review in a while :], sorry 30 followers...

but anyway Vulnicura, Bjorks most vulnerable and heartfelt album.
this album is definitely emotional and incapsulating, each song feels like a private message, and every lyric feels like it has some deeper meaning that only certain people would understand.
and I love it for that, its a super unique approach to a breakup album.
the beAts aRe still good, glad a Certain someone didn't hAve too much control. Fuck arca. and im obsessed ... read more

Hey there! How are you? I'm making a list and I would like to know: what do you think is a perfect album to listen to in a certain city and which city would that be? Try and choose a city from your country or state/province. If you want to add some on words on why you would choose that album, they will be welcome. Thank you!
