Kelly Lee Owens reminds me the old techno-pop who gave you the feeling of emptiness and self-absorption, it's like watching a cult film that will capture the necessary moments without making much effort to capture the attention of the viewer only using this type of music. The only bad thing is that there is not enough recorded material to know that it is actually made.
Crystal Fighters has made an album full of meaning with an important background showing that "Everything is my family" is not only the name of the disc. Unfortunately some of the songs have no place and they see that what could be a very good record material, it ended up being an attempt to have a twist of musical styles.
Being objective and removing all negative comments from the posers, we need to differentiate the Lady Gaga's "The Fame" to the Gaga "Joanne". This album notes the radical evolution that Gaga has had throughout his career, beginning with a wilder style and ending with a more sophisticated style. Unfortunately Gaga notes that still the girl from "The Fame" hoping to escape marketer style that has become.
