out of the outkast trilogy, i find this one to be the most no bs. there isnt as much experimentation, not as many skits, not as many features and in my opinion, there is less creativity. compared to both aquemini and stankonia, it is alot more atmospheric and spacey but personally it just doesnt click with me and i find it to end up just being more simplistic. i wish i did enjoy this more but i just find it to be quite slow and a bit boring. i still enjoy it, and i think most of the songs are solid without any major dips in quality, but there arent many major high points either (which stankonia is the absolute opposite, with its whiplash tracklist). the verses are solid, although i think their flows and delivery can be a bit weaker than other albums. the beats definitely arent bad but it really just isnt my thing
