Sweet Oblivion

Sweet Oblivion is a pretty awesome and significant grunge record by Screaming Trees. Its release being smack down in the center of the 90s grunge takeover, it wasn’t as important as some other acts of its talent but it’s certainly up there as a fantastic piece of music. The performances and instrumentation really range as on some songs it seems more basic while on others it’s intense and complex. Still, it remains consistent in enjoyability and writing throughout the whole album.
