Repetitive, but catchy. Charli has an air or fierceness through the song I hope she maintains during the album, the production even though it’s nothing remarkable in her career sets an interesting direction for this next era. Overall it’s a good introduction for ‘brat’
Mesmerizing and incredible as always, can’t wait to hear the full project
This is the straight guy's version of ‘Don’t call me Angel’
Damn Melanie, you really set me up with ‘DEATH’…
After all, there wasn’t any sort of improvement over this project. It is as lifeless and cringey as her other albums, and the concept that she was trying to evoke here is so watered down and superficial that if you don’t stop and pay attention to the lyrics you won’t miss anything at all, just the same mediocre songwriting she has been doing for the last years.
Kinda sad tho, i had faith on her with the ... read more
Probably the best song of her career as of now.
She is finally showing new colors by leaving her ‘cry baby’ persona, the production on here is really interesting, showing sounds she’s never explored before, and even if they’re not that remarkable, it’s a standout in her career and i’m intrigued on what she’s capable of on this album.
welcoming us to her island of thoughts and feelings, caroline polachek excels at doing what’s she’s better at: exploring different sounds along with mermaid-like beautiful vocals, and excellent songwriting.
being involved in an odissey to find love, just to end up rediscovering yourself in the process, was never this exciting.
at the moment ‘Polaris’ started, i knew this was going to be the album of the year.
it’s so emotional, raw and intimate. we all can see his growth both as a person and as an artist, the feelings he previously was experimenting during ‘To see the next part of the dream’ are blossoming into something even more beautiful. he’s experiencing a journey and we’re all here doing it with him.
it's boring, it's simple and the beats feel very old. at first i thought she tried to do this in an ironic way, but in reality she just made the most uninteresting sex songs collection
I can't express in enough words how exceptionally good this album is and all the emotions it makes me feel through its beautiful instrumentation and Isaac's voice.

Although it was a difficult task, Taylor Swift manages to surpass and magnify even more what she achieved with the original project, combining her youthful essence and the maturity the singer has achieved over the years. Even the weakest songs (like Stay Stay Stay and Starlight), manage to stand out in a different way with this new approach. The collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers was wonderful.
the first time i listened to it i didn't like it that much, but now im sad and crying to 'valentine'
she's trying so hard to be different that this record becomes really obnoxious along the way.
'you can't sit with us' doesn't have much sense and the rap part is really awful, the rest of the EP is pretty good and enjoyable tho
at this point i don't even know what to expect about them, but even coloratura made me wanna go to sleep
Something I would never expected to see, Clairo growing and reaching maturity in her music.
The production and instrumentation here is really beautiful, clean and very well crafted. The songwriting is clever, speaking of things like motherhood or sexualization on the industry in an interesting way. Her voice, though is not a strong spot in the project, it adds some raw emotions in the mix, making the album complete in some sort of way.
I hope she follows this path, because it fits her ... read more
