Wow, it’s crazy how the mighty have fallen but tbh this album isn’t as bad as people say it is

Stats - 9/10 - I actually believe this intro is beautiful. Kanye isn’t saying some wild stuff here and the choir sounds lush, if only it was a bit longer.

This was Kanye’s experimental project, bringing a new sound into hip-hop while still keeping what he does at full effect.

Ultralight beam - 10/10 - Heavenly intro, this was the song I always sung in the shower for some reason. I don’t shower anymore but i still preach this song whenever I want. Also the choir is so good.

It’s no doubt Yeezus has aged like the finest wine, each song though minimalistic in nature is maximal in emotional effect

On Sight - 7/10 - I know people are gonna be mad bout this but I’ve never been a fan of on sight. Maybe I will be in the future but rn it’s too industrial. But that almost makes it the perfect opener for Yeezus. The sample is amazing though.

I can’t imagine how much of a shock it must have been to hear this when it came out, it’s definitely aged like fine-ish wine

This is Lupe’s best work, one of my favourite albums of all time.
Each song brings something completely different to the table whilst still remaining connected to the main themes presented on the album.
