Tierra Whack - WORLD WIDE WHACK

Lmao this album is whole lotta goofy ahh lyrics over some not bad lo-fi beats. The production is honestly pretty great but holy, the LYRICS. I laughed my ass off on the most of them.
My personal favourite is, of course, a poopie smelly fart shit line:
''You think im the shit, the shit you smell is not me'' - or something like that
Hell yeah

OVERALL: 7/10
FAVOURITE: IMAGINARY FRIENDS, MOOVIES, 27 CLUB
LEAST: BURNING BRAINS
COVER ART: 8/10. it goes hard

Judas Priest - Invincible Shield

This is the most MARVEL looking cover you will get in this year

There are 3 types of albums:
The ones that go for too long, the ones that end way too early for your rsatisfaction, and perfect ones.
This is the second one. This album is a very good indie rock album. It has angry teenager vibes, good guitar riffs, rage filled songs, melancholic songs etc. etc. Its such a nice listen, but, well, its only 30 minutes long. And when you start to vibe with the album, it doesnt last for long. Poof! Ended. All is left is to relisten
Overall this is a good material ... read more

Everything Everything - Mountainhead
80

Mountainhead is a great experience. Using synthpop potential to its fullest, Everything Everything is traversing from energetic love songs on "Wild Guess'', to chill pop on ''The End of the Contender'', to cosmic feeling on ''Canary''. They are back at it and are making hits once again like if they never stopped. If ''Get To Heaven'' was a breaktrough ''let me dance my fucking bones off'' album for them, ''Mountainhead'' radiates with chill and cosmic vibes. This album is so inperturbed ... read more

MGMT - Loss of Life

Mna, i was struggling to finish this thing. Yes, ive read the ganres, so i shouldve known this thing is not for me. But giving it a low score just cuz i didnt like it would be not really fair. I aknowledge the great production and psychodelic parts on this album, and they actually made me interested in the song, but for the other half - it feels like if it was just circling around one spot. I couldnt get that cosmic psyschodelic feeling that i was getting from any other psycho album (Wall Of ... read more

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD
90

Quadeca managed to mix so much stuff and still make it listenable. Experimental hip-hop as it is supposed to be. If you listen closely, you pay attention to how much sounds are actually going trough your head right now. Glitch, snare, keys, drums, strings, ambient, acoustic guitar. The beats on this one are a whole electro orchestra. Each instrumental feels like if it was evolving troughout the song. Quadeca reaches this effect by always putting something new into his beats (as i said higher, ... read more

why did i had to ruin my mood by listening to this album. If talking about sex and how much people you can suck off at the same moment is your definition of ''mature'', then go grow up

IDLES - TANGK

this aint kpop but they are my IDLES fr.

Today, i got my first unfollowing... I sat in dark, lit up the cigaratte, looked at the window, cried for a long time... Then i remembered today is friday, which means its time to get to work

This time on the operation table is THE new album coming from british Art/Punk-Rock band ''IDLES'' - ''TANGK'' (what that even supposed to mean). Keep in mind, these are the same people who made one of the greatest Art-Rock album ''Joy as an act of Resistance'', ... read more

This is how Hitler album would sound if he was a musican, black, lived in 21st century and had a history of very good projects in past

Hey, this is a nice album! It still hass VULTURES on it, which makes it so much worse than it could be, but in total, this is a pretty default Kanye album. Not his best work, but its not GOD AWFUL as critics make it look. Some Anti-Semetic lines from time to time which ruins the experience. But overall, if you ignore rare batshit insane lines - this is fine. A ... read more

Nicki Minaj - Big Foot

to be fair, to be fair, i like the keys on this song, but this is it
>Gets slightly dissed on a track
>takes it to the heart as much as possible
>seethes for month straight and comes up with this magnum opus of a diss track
>...profit?

Probably not, this diss is awful. Learn to take critisim and punches, Nicki Minaj

Future Islands - People Who Aren't There Anymore

The songs are pleasent, but it felt like if one song just never ended. The instrumentals are so similar to each other, or sometimes dont even change. Same story with vocals. Still sounds fine tho

OVERALL: 6/10

The Smile - Wall of Eyes
80

Smile, they look at you

This album is an amzing experience. A perfect mix of calm and psychodelic songs. Amazing instrumentals, thoughtul writing as always. Bending Hectic is truly an experience.
But therr are some songs that feel like just dont go anywhere. Awesome writing, but thats it to those songs.

Overall: 8/10
FAV: Bending Hectic, Friend of a Friend
Least: I Quit, You Know Me!

Green Day - Saviors
60

Generic Green Day 2000s type songs. Dudes probably are in their midlife crisis rn. Its listenable, but gets boring quickly. Riffs are awesome tho

Overall: 6/10
FAV: One Eyed Bastard, Goodnight Adeline
Least: Coma City

Kid Cudi - INSANO

This is a hour long attempt at getting on radio.

The production is inconsistent as it gets. Its most of the time fails at mixing and combining sounds, making album sound as messy as it can be.
It has nothing to offer to its listener, except obviously radio-targetted tracks with superstars, and seems like most of albums budget was used to pay Travis and Pharell. Also, that XXXTENTACION feat. song is a spit on x's glory and legacy. It was obviously made as a cash grab using X's glory.

Teezo Touchdown - How Do You Sleep At Night? With You

The most special moment about this deluxe is that he got rid of his nails in hair. All the songs are incredibly slow and uneventful. And kinda horny. As much as i loved the original album for its fun and interesting sound, this deluxe just feels as leftovers. Third Coast is best song objectively, but hella cocky.

Gumshoes - Cacophony

What did the violin guy do to deserves such cruelty?

Anyway, happy new year. Its a tradition to not release anything between Christmas and 12 january in music. But here we are, small UK located rock group that released their album 2 days in a new year. It caught my eye with its cover and.. Piano-Rock? Wow, never heard anything like it. So i gave it a listen

Hell, this album is such a MY thing. Pleasent piano tunes. Most of songs are accomponied with high-note keys, adding a little ''happy, ... read more
