I know will wood has a bit of a reputation of like annoying band theatre kid music but this is actually such a beautiful album
Upon relisten i actually enjoy this much more than i remember. Definitely a downgrade from their last two albums i think but its still very good, apart from a few tracks which kind of just blend together. And it has songs like do your worst which i think are really good (especially live!)
I think this was another one of the first full albums i ever listened to (in around 2021) so this is probably a bit biased since it holds a very special place in my heart but this is one of my favourite indie rock albums. Beat only by one that would come 2 years later.....
Peak album + its about croydon and i am unfortunately from there
Only 2 songs but i think it really showcases their sound at that point in time. A good introduction to the band i think
I love seaside...❤️ and the other songs as well but specifically seaside❤️
