this is such a difficult album to review, because there are some genuinely perfect songs here that i absolutely adore, but others that are genuinely painful to listen to.

who cares if some of the lyrics are bad the production is so strong throughout
doesnt have as many standouts as punk2, but it remains suprisingly cohesive and consistent for a project thats twice as long
maybe its just the nostalgia talking but i love all the tracks here in their own way, its a great concise ep with pretty standout production

the lost reels tracks elevate this so much, theyre genuinely beautiful
who would think an 11 minute long song could be so engaging, people are fucking sleeping on this album
if i cant play the game again at least i can listen to the soundtrack forever

i still never skip it though and think it’s fine and a good finale, it’s just the only song on the album ill never actively choose to listen to on its on. i would’ve preferred the old version from the vinyl d side instead"
