Me: Can I stay at home today, it's so cold outside
Mom: Don't make it up, it's not cold at all at the outside
Outside:
I didn't even finish listening to the album because by track 8 I was in hysterics sobbing and tears flooded my eyes. I love it when albums make me cry like Disintegration which is one of my favourite albums, but this album is on another level of sadness and depression. Seems like this album causes such emotions for me alone, since everyone votes against the fact that it is depressive/sad on RYM and general discourse, but for me personally this is the most heart-wrenching, oppressive and dark ... read more
At first I was very disappointed and this song made me stop listening to Loveless, and it took me a very long time to realize that this song is absolutely genius.
Disgusting that this has only 23 ratings, this is probably one of the most PERFECT indie rock albums of all time. God, please, listen to this
Holy fucking shit, my entire opinion about post-rock just changed, it's just freaking amazing, every song is like watching a movie. I guess I've never been so immersed in an album in my life. Even if it was an instrumental, it would be beyond praise, sometimes I forgot about the lyrics and just bumping my head to these instrumentals which goes insanely hard, but the amazing spoken word sections are clearly adding flavour to this project. I've never seen a cooler inclusion of an author's ... read more
"THAT'S WHAT I CALL MOTHAFUCKIN BARS NI**A!!! YOU KNOW NOTHING BOUT THAT!!!"
I listened to this album once and became awesome sexy dark-skinnned gigachad, thank you dear P.E.E
I'm not surprised by the amount of "Drake Type of Guy" memes, dude already like 50 and sings about how he wants a mommy who can take care of him and buy him a new Transformer minifigure for his birthday
HOLY SHIT! 🤯🤯😳😳
THIS SOME HOT GARBAGE 🥶🥶🗑️🗑️
BUT I CAN'T STOP LISTENING 😎😎💯💯
God, please, listen to this album. This is an absolutely unsurpassed masterpiece, unfortunately cirillica doesn't work in "favourite albums" section, otherwise I would put it in first or second place. I grew up on Yegor Letov's music, and now the author of my childhood opens up not only as the author of cult russian hits, but also as an absolute musical genius. This is the most psychedelic and surreal album I have ever heard, I would put 4 points for the descriptor in RYM if I could, ... read more
My idea of pop music turned upside down after House Of Balloons by The Weeknd. I was so amazed by that mixtape that I started looking in the alt-rnb and alt-pop genre for something that could give me the same emotions. Basically, in pop music, I've been looking for another HOB all this time since I first listened to it. I guess I finally found House Of Balloons after all those searches
Song sucks but the guitar riff after "move!" in the second half fucking rules
