Fricking awesome
There are a lot of albums that call themselves a "mishmash" of different genres, but none is truer than this album. A mixture of Hip-Hop, Country, Hard Rock, Experimental and at points Noise come together, to make songs that sound like the most unique tracks I've heard, but not cheesy or gimmicky at all. It feels genuine. And, to top everything off, even though the lyrics at times don't make a lot of sense, the melodies on this album are catchy and memorable, and each instrument and effect feels purposeful and impactful. No matter how crazy the experimentation gets, it always feels good, and it feels like it has a purpose. In combination, the album gives an energy not a lot of albums can match, giving each song almost it own personality, but still being cohesive. Nothing feels thrown in or on accident. This is peak experimentation, while still being catchy and listenable. Fricking awesome. DEFINITELY coming back to this one
