The Big Freeze

now more indie folk than pop punk, she just gets better and better. this is a long way from Sit Resist , which was good enough in its own right, but her songwriting has improved with every album in terms of complexity and scope. she always seems to be overshadowed by more visible peers, which is odd because she has an engaging presence and personality, and she is whip-smart. I hope this record gets her the respect she deserves.
