Not that familiar with Squarepusher's music as I don't care much for music like this but this record was surprisingly good. Some songs have a noticeably calmer approach to genres like drill n' bass and breakcore in which the frantic beats typical to this genre are accompanied by calm synth melodies which create a really neat atmosphere.
For me, it's weaker than his previous album but it's still a decent album. While his previous album was a blend of hip-hop and electronic music, this one is more rock-influenced. I like how every song sounds noticeably different from each other.
