Les Rallizes Dénudés, Deep Discog Dive #1
I don't really know how often i'll be doing this series, or if even gonna end it, but it doesn't really matter cause i don't think anyone's even gonna see this
This is some of the earliest material Les Rallizes Dénudés have done. I was quite excited to listen as i have been told LRD was very similar to The Velvet Underground (a band i really like)
And i can say this is pretty similar to what i would ... read more

We Invent You: this is very ominous. very good intro
Look a Ghost: this is honestly very happy compared to everything else in the album, and i like that. just a very fun song
December: this song feels so depressing but also so not-depressing, still like it very much
Treachery: very weird song, but the ending is very good
Terminus: this song gives me a lot of anxiety, it makes me feel scared, but also relaxed in some weird way.
Demons Sing Love Songs: this song is just very comforting and sweet, ... read more
So this being the first time i listen an album the same day it was released, i will be writing my first "long" review. And sadly it had to be this album
Before this released, i already had the prediction that this was going to be Tame Impala's "worst" album, and i guess i was right! but i wasn't expecting THIS
now i also had the prediction that if Tame Impala's first 2 albums were mostly Guitars, and the 2 albums next were mostly Synths, i expected this ... read more
Well this album was pretty disappointing
So looking at the genres of the album, i thought this album was gonna be really experimental all throughout. But no, the experimental part only happens on the last 4 songs of the album
The rest of the songs were just what you would expect from a pop record of the 60s
As i said, pretty disappointing, some good songs, but overall really disappointing
