This has so much potential. It definitely has some high points and I like the edgy, anime-ish of the album but then the annoying mixture of trap-beat songs ruins it for me.
best songs: pain, shadow talk, the screams, omen

this is definitely overhated. An alternative rock album polished by pop sound with a lot of (hit or miss) experimental elements. Sit with this while it is blasting out for your speakers for a few times you'll get what I mean.
Favs: Chocolate, Sex, Settle Down, Menswear, Pressure
Least favs: 12, Talk!

The last minute of A Jack With One Eye is why I come back to this album so often; it is the most emotional part of the album.
fav: Johnny on the spot, back and to the left, a jack with one eye.

The first The 1975's album without a skip. Being Funny In Foreign Language is in their most maturity, though I like them more when they was young and wild. It keeps bouncing between slow-kinda-sad and thoughtful songs and straight forward fun dancing songs.
