Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS

“None of that deep shit” is corny af but this guy is rlly talented

Jim Legxacy - black british music (2025)

It’s been a journey watching him develop and master his own unique sound in the last few years. He’s proving he’s one of the hungriest young talents in the underground. Lot of mainstream potential

billy woods - GOLLIWOG

Phenomenal album. Every project he makes stands out in his discography, but the contrast between this album and Maps is maybe the best example of his versatility. I was unsure if he would be able to create a thematically dense album with so many different producers, as that was one of my criticisms of Terror Management, but wow. Slow but intensely engaging raps over eerie beats. There really isn't much more you could ask for from a billy woods album.

I don’t hate it but it’s so disappointing. Not a bad edm album by any means but it feels like he didn’t try

Jane Remover - Revengeseekerz

this would give brain damage to a small child. she’s so talented. best rage album ever probably (sorry cold visions)

Skrillex - F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3
NR

mad interesting as a non skrillex fan. basically just old snippets mixed into a set so idk if ik how to rate. also dj smokey funny asf for this

Playboi Carti - MUSIC

like 10 songs too long. if he trimmed the tracklist and didnt use ai (adds a few skips) this could be easily his best album. this is basically what i said abt WLR at first and now i think thats a classic so idk

fakemink - London's Saviour

an all time great cloud rap album made after 2015. truly a breathtaking experience

JPEGMAFIA - I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU: DIRECTOR'S CUT

new songs were underwhelming. lyrically not great. he’s way too committed to adding guitar riffs everywhere

Boldy James - Trapper's Alley - Pros And Cons: The Quikcrete Ready Mixtape
NR

good mixtape vibes. prolly his 2nd best project this yr

Edward Skeletrix - Museum Music

first listen of 2025. unironically one of the best experimental rap albums I’ve heard in a while. idk how to rate it yet

Geordie Greep - The New Sound
95

as a prog rock rookie, I may be overrating. phenomenal tho. I was moved

Nettspend - BAD ASS F*CKING KID
45

too much rage. half of it is half good. not the worst debut but he had potential to do so much better. will probably grow on me like most of his stuff has

Taylor Swift - THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT
35

went back to it bc jack antonoff did Kendrick’s album and wow this is bad. nothing painfully terrible but nothing positive sticks out at all that would make this a notable album. she desperately needs a new creative director as this is her worst album in years in almost every quality (production, lyrics, vocals). I also don’t like her

Kendrick Lamar - GNX

mostly peak. cool he went with the west coast vibe and all of the features hit. his 3rd or 4th best? we'll see
