Lady Gaga - Monotica(2014)
I've listened three times just to be sure of, that my most blendest listen has happened this year with Lady Gaga's new project, Chromatica.
Before I started to appreciate more experimental music, I listened to radio pretty much everyday. Radio is the worst platform to find fresh and new music nowadays, because everything is so blend, and same sounding, that it just feels like a constant loop for the ear. Everything is washed out, no innovative ideas, no messages, no ... read more

Score edit: My first score was 85, then 80, and now a 90. Yeah, yeah Im an Anthony fanboi. F*ck you, this deserves more attention than any f*cking same old sounding indie rock.

EDIT 2: I've decided to write an actual review.
So, I found this project through Laura Les's twitter(aka miss 50 gecs), and I've decided to give it a try. It was on Bandcamp and the quality of the sounds were dumbed down. Still, I could see how everything is so well put together. The first realization point was Angel ... read more

This is infuriating. Why? How? Who's idea was this? Why would you ruin such an epic song like this? I literally can't put my hatred into words.

OK, I'm trying to be serious. This is a compilation of nonstop bangers. Rappers are too obsessed with their jewels nowadays. This project however, maintains flex with a humorous tone, and that's what makes it feel unique. I have not even heard the name Yung Schmoobin, just AOTY recommended it. I somewhere heard Eat, Sleep, Flex, Repeat, and when I heard it on the album I knew, this will be the thing I want from a fun rap project. Fast pace, head bumping beats, and some dumb shit lyrics, with ... read more

Finally, a bbno$ project I like! I almost felt guilty for scoring "i don't care at all" that low, but I really didn't like that. But, this is so much fun to listen to. Their chemistry is great, the funny lines delivered well, and the sentence "I just hit your bitch with the double fuckin' smiley" is gonna stay with me forever. But It isn't a perfect project. The song "Justin Bieber Wrist" comes with a somewhat annoying instrumental, and the chorus is not that good ... read more

I'm not really into the deep house, or any house genre, but this suprised me. It's intense, energetic, distorted as fuck, and filled with modular orgasm. Sometimes the beat gets repetitive, like on the song "With and Addict", or sometimes It's just off putting to hear a somewhat melo/soft instrument after the HARD AS SHIT Deeeeeeefers and Faith. So yeah, this was fun.

Fav. Track: If You Can't Do It Good, Do It Hard/Deeeeeeefers/Alarm/Fantasy
Least Fav.: With an Addict

Made me check my calendar to confirm, that the current year is still 2020. This sound has died out, and they can't manage it to make it sound good.

"Fav." Track: Junkies on the High
Least Fav.: I was a Teenage Teenager(this was really painful)

This is a really sad (and also beautiful) album that made me cry countless times. There's no more need to be said, other than this.

Absolute Fav. Tracks: Circles, Good News, Everybody, Woods, Hands, Surf
Least Fav. Track: Hand me downs

This is my first LP experience with Bbno$ and...Well, I can say, it's not going well. All these lyrics are just not funny, not interesting, and some of the production choices are bad. The first song was really cool in production, with this heavy distorted bass, and the lyrics were great too. Then the album goes on a path, that bored me to death(and it's only just 25 minutes, btw). This is like a loop around thots, and money, without being too clever about it. I can't imagine myself rocking to ... read more

Holy shit! I do not expected that. The chorus are so catchy, Dojas rap flow is great, and the vocals are pretty. Probably put it on repeat, when I want to be on my thot shit.

Fav. Track: Juicy/Shine(, and a lot of tracks)
Least Fav.: Talk Dirty

So, on my first listen, I literally hated this record. Now I re-listened it on Halloween, cause why not? And it turns out, maybe I was in a bad mood, because It's a pretty good album. The usage of foley on this is so matching. I still don't feel frightened, but I like the sounds much more, and the flow(This is my first experience with clipping, btw. Might check their earlier releases). This project grown on me. Maybe the first reason why I checked back on this, because the track "He ... read more

Jesus Christ. I've only listened to it once, and that was enough. Everytime I try to remember why I hate this album so much, 'Remember The Name' starts to play in my head, and then I get it. F*ck this.

A death industrial, noise album, that contains screaming, spoken word, and every elements of your fear. I would'nt describe this as music, more like a cinematic experience of killing someone.

Fav. Track: Do you doubt me traitor
Least Fav.: Sorrow! Sorrow! Sorrow!

I've only discovered Tyler this year, and when everyone was freaking out on twitter about Igors releasing, I thought I should try it out. Oh boi. Masterpiece. Everyone who is saying It's badly mixed, you cleary did not heard a Hungarian Album. Every sound of Igor is so pristine, and so gorgeous. Every track has atleast one moment where you like "Damn, that was awesome!". Synth sound are godlike, the snares are crisp, and Tyler vocals compared to how deep his voice is, It is pretty ... read more

Peggy is my favourite rapper. Everytime he talked shit like "You'll be dissapointed", I known, I will not be. And here We are almost rating it a 10/10. The feeling of every track, It's so mesmerizing. Sometimes It's agressive, funny, depressed, and also fucking great. Peggy going througth an anxiety that's cause by the recognition he got from Veteran, and he describes how it feels, througth the songs. The way that he looks at his heroes(yes, they are indeed cornballs) and how he sees ... read more

1000 gecs is one of my favourite record of the year. The sound of it is so unique, and fresh, that I can't think any other album that sounds like this. Probably because the tracks are so different from each other in genre. For an example 745 sticky, is starts like an experimental sounding rap/pop, and then in the end, It's a hardcore dubstep. What makes 1000 gecs good for me, that the creators is parodizing every genre they use, and also riding the wave of it. It's not an album you can show to ... read more

Lil Frakk was an artist, that I discoverd througth social media, where he promoted his soundcloud. The first time I listened to it, my first thought was "That's so fucking dumb" (It was the track Ingyenjegy). Then I actually started thinking about, why do I care if It's dumb? It's the purpose of it. Music is not about out smarting everyone in the game. Just to make catchy song. Then I started following his career, and when he announced Brokaz, I was excited. He released it and I ... read more
