John Cale - Mercy

John Cale is 5 years older than Iggy pop but managed to make the far superior record despite that, proving to me that I probably should check out more of the velvet undergrounds material. Mercy isn't a perfect record, it runs a little long and has a couple duds, but is overall a really nice cohesive listen.
