Kill 'Em All

Going through Metallica’s discography this year and so far this one is my favorite. This album feels like the most fun the band has ever been. Not to say the others aren’t as good because Master of Puppets is definitely a better arranged album, but this thrash side of them is insanely ear melting.

There were a lot of those moments where once a song ended it gave a few seconds of silence for us to breathe. The insanity on tracks like Whiplash and Seek and Destroy stuck with me into the following ones. So much so I had to start some songs over because I was still thinking about the others. Insanely good debut, one of the best ever.
