why was the world forcing Weezer on child me, whose only source of music was the Canadian radio station? they played Weezer. so much. was this their way of teaching me abstinence?

this is definitely my favorite Paramore album, followed closely by After Laughter and Riot. I love how genuinely passionate this album feels. Hayley Williams's vocals are incredible in this, and I love just how quickly she can go from singing something more upbeat to something a little more chill. the stuff she sings about in this album is very important and also marks the new chapter and growth of the band. the Interludes aren't my personal favorite, but I do appreciate them anyway. also the ... read more

I only got one minute into this song before I had had enough. the song is fine until the singing starts. I DESPISE shallow songs about sex with my entire being.

the pre-chorus is absolutely awful, and the chorus isn't even catchy enough to save this song. and the end of the song just randomly slowing throws me off so much.

I will say that I do enjoy the guitar bit in the middle. I have dearly missed it from Panic! songs.

so I know a lot of people don't really like this album, which makes me feel like I'm part of a minority when I say this is my favorite MARINA album.

okay, I admit, Electra Heart is definitely MARINA's masterpiece and overall best quality album. but The Family Jewels just feels so...special, I guess.
