It sounds like a perfect album for the christmas time - jazz and easy listening and chill.
Nobody should expect Blackstar from Barry Gibb, because this artist has already presented everything he had to present and such albums serve to remind himself that he is still alive and gives advice.

It's not a very good album, but you can hear that it still has that voice.
It is possible that if his brothers were still alive, they would have decided on a "more difficult" album.
