This album is as dreary, dark and eerie as it is delicate, warm and sensual.
A rare type of album that you could use as a horror soundtrack, as a crying soundtrack or just for sex. Briliant to say the least.

This is one of the darkest albums i've ever heard.
It enters your bones and creeps under your skin with it's desperation, fragility and sadness.
And this is really something impressive coming from a band who already released Dummy. Wich is as somber as it's delicate.
Third also manages to reinvent Portishead sound, by experimenting with industrial rock and tribal sounds.. And this experimental sound is nothing less than provocative, the more you listen to it the more the album grows on ... read more
