billy woods - Aethiopes

Billy woods is one of the most consistent rappers active today. His dark, rambling delivery is top notch here as usual; I'd even say it's on the same level as it was on the last Armand Hammer album. I have to give Preservation huge props for the beats on this album too: eerily skeletal at times and chaotically busy at others but always uniquely exotic and jazzy. Great features from top underground rappers are just the cherry on top.
