Amazing bassline, wow. Great vocals as well. The verses are more atmospheric than i originally thought they were gonna be. I love the effect on the vocals around the 2:40 mark.
Least favourite of the singles, but a bop indeed.
Showbiz sounds a lot more like Radiohead and it shows where they get their comparison from. It's my second least favourite and sounds less polished than the other albums, but it's still pretty great. I'd already heard Muscle Museum and Showbiz many times recently and I've heard Unintended a few times in the background. Also listened to the entire album in the background a month and a bit ago.
Spiral Static - 77
TMMCH is an album with genres I've never thought about listening to. It is an interesting combination and I'm not the biggest fan of it, but I do actually like it a bit.
Winter is my favourite season on the album. It has my two favourite tracks, though it does have my tied-lowest.
This album has fun 4th wall breaking moments that give it a style I haven't yet seen from another album (I haven't listened to much yet.)
I like the more melodic vocal parts of the album and it shows a really nice part of Aaron's vocals. The album ends on a great final track. I liked every song in this album and We Are Torn Wide Open is an intro track, so it doesn't count.
Love the song. A bit overrated by some, but I can see why. (Edit: I don't think it's overrated anymore, but 100s are overrated)
I love the bass solo at the end. The whole last part of the song is amazing and the stripped down chorus is great. I hope a few more songs on TW!S have this heaviness or even more like Unravelling. I hope Matt didn't use an 8 string for one song.
For a lot of the song, I feel like the bass was a bit light and it sounds like I am playing the song out of ... read more
I love the guitars and the harmonising between them both.
What are we doing here. What happened? I've heard Pressure before and nothing else. Not surprising as pretty much every other track is disappointing. Now, nothing here sounds bad. I actually "like" most songs here, but it's Muse. Compare this to Origin of Symmetry and this becomes awful.
I didn't know i was going to listen to a pop band album when listening to songs like Get Up and Fight. Sounds like it could be made on that Suno app.

I've already heard Dead Inside and Psycho before. I also recognise the chorus from Mercy, haven't heard for years. I really like this album, though it is nowhere near their best work. No 90s for this album unlike all the others I've listened to besides Will Of The People (Yet to do Showbiz and Simulation Theory), but still some great songs. (EDIT: one 90 now) (EDIT 2: two 90s now)
Revolt is my least favourite track coming in at a 73. It is much poppier compared to the rest of ... read more
Supremacy, I like the head voice and the effect on Matt's voice when he says the title. Edit: I LOVE the bass that comes in at the start of the chorus too, especially the first chorus
I've listened to Madness many times and it's so good. Especially the live versions (Rome!)
Like the funkiness of Panic Station. (Edit: I love the "1, 2, 3, 4 fires in your eyes" part so much)
Love the backing vocals of Survival and the strong vocals. (Edit: i can replay the belt ... read more
Feels like its parting from the sounds of OoS and Absolution, but I really enjoyed this one. Knights of Cydonia and Starlight are very popular for a reason. There were 2 weaker songs. They were still good and I liked them, but a bit boring, honestly. Great album.
Glorious is 82
I might be really lenient, but I surprisingly actually liked this album. It does have my least favourite Muse song (Edit: Simulation Theory takes that now), but it's not that bad. It has some great heaviness through the more pop-rock aspects. I like the pop-rock, but the heaviness is my favourite.
Listening on CD. I've already listened to Uprising. I love the driving synths and bass.
Resistance has great vocals as most songs by Muse do, but it has a really abrupt switch to the chorus that actually somehow works.
I love the chorus of Undisclosed Desires and the harmonies. The pizaccato is also really nice.
I love the piano, strings and vocals/harmonies in United States of Eurasia and how it goes into an adaptation of Chopin's Nocturne Op. 9 No 2.
I am all for transitions in ... read more
Second Muse album I've listened to. It is not as good as OoS, but still very good. Endlessly is my least favourite and it just didn't stand out as much as others, but a 71 still means a good-great song (Edit: now 75). Butterflies and Hurricanes is absolutely beautiful. I also like the change up from Hysteria into the start of Blackout. I'm looking forward to more Muse.
Fury is an 87
The metal breakdown is such a headbanger and the verses sound great. His vocals in the chorus are amazing. One of my favourite Muse songs
This is a great song. I love the chorus mainly, the verses are good.
Edit: It is growing on me. I have raised it from a 79 to an 83
Edit 2: Love the ending. 84 now
I've heard multiple of Muse's more popular songs, but this is the first album I've listened to from them. This album is amazing. Multiple 90s, many 80s. I love the space-like sounds. Matt's vocals on this album are stunning, especially on Micro Cuts. I love the organs in Megalomania and the guitar riffs in other songs.
Futurism is 90. (Edit: now 88)
First Paramore album I've listened to and it's good/great. I just wish the tracks varied more in length as they all hover around 3½ minutes. It was a lot poppier than I was expecting, but to be honest, I don't know what I was expecting. My ratings will likely change quite a bit.
I don't know if my ratings of the tracks are just safe or if nearly all the tracks are just a similar level of good. It's a good album, but some tracks do feel quite similar to each other. There's a strong message, as well. The short length of the album kept it from getting stale, but this type of music is pretty new to me, so I believe it may grow on me. I really like the title track and how it starts really nice and soft and builds towards the end. Great way to end the project.
First time listening to CSH. What a great album. Not a single skip. High to Death was my least favourite, but it was still a good song. The 2 longest songs, to my surprise, are my tied favourites. They did enough to not drag on and sounded great. Awesome vocals across the record. Fantastic instrumentals. I was focusing mainly on the sound compared to the lyrics, but I picked up a few themes.
