I'm going to say something here and I want to reiterate that this is only my musical opinion. Erasing the quote on quote "big dogs" of progressive rock, I passionately feel like this might be the best prog album I've heard. Ewwww. I don't get why they shifted this way. Trying to make a relative post-pandemic record was just not the move. Still haven't recovered from my first full listen. I was left extremely disappointed.

It's surprisingly poor. I remember as a 14-year-old waiting for the full release of this record and trying to pretend that was what I expected.

It won't get any better than this. So many great tracks on this record.

After 10 years of hearing Bastille continuously, I can appreciate the fact that they've made some tracks that are still very listenable.
