The Chemical Brothers are a group that I have heard around in the electronic scenes here and there but have never heard any of their albums except for "Galvanize" and "Go!" (From the Bad Guys movie lol) and I though they were both bangers. Now going into their debut, I know it was gonna be a bit more simpler and what I got was true but wow these tracks so amazing and fun for an electronic album released in 1995. These big beats, house-influenced, and even acid touches make this an electrifying LP with even some of the softer cuts at the end of the album being my absolute favorites. These tracks belong in a fun late 90's film with crazy action scenes, bizarre dance numbers, and half naked men posing for no reason.
Overall, this was a great first listen and since my first listen a week ago, this has grown on me so much! Definitely take a listen to this if you love that old school 90's electronica.
