In terms of effort this might be Drizzy's laziest release and most of his albums are lazy. BUT we see Drake finally focusing on one sound making "Honestly, Nevermind" feel like an actual album. The record has a great summer atmosphere that although not consistent can sometimes be great. Songs like "A Keeper", "Overdrive" and especially "Tie That Binds" are incredible late night summer jams with fantastic instrumentals, truly some of his best work in a long while. "Jimmy Cooks" is also a banger being the last and the only track that is not house inspired
Although it has its positives this IS a Drake album, so songs like "Currents" and "Liability" are here to bring the record down but all and all "Honestly, Nevermind" is in my opinion his best release since "Views"
