Boman's voice is heavenly but the album was dreary. One song was indistinguishable from the next, and for being a pop (/indie-pop) album - nothing popped.

It seemed as if her minimalistic style wanted to give way to some sparkling highs, but even they were limited, and her potential wasted (annoyingly).

What had promise to be one of the best singer-songwriter LP's of the year sadly disappoints. Sorry Alice.

This is my 5th time listening to this album. I don't know whether I like it. Bravado confuses me, but that confusion keeps drawing me back to it again and again.

There's no single song (apart from S.A.D.) that sticks out to me but there's not a single one that doesn't. There's not a single song that I understand but there's not a single song that I don't. It's as if you want to listen to it but at the same time you don't?

This album is like marmite. Everyone should hate it.

There wasn't a single song in there which didn't give me an ear ache.

I like that he named it after his kid tho but I'd be embarrassed if I was Asahd.

Another (disappointing) one.

+ Big Wheels, Joyride, Georgia, Mississippi, Use Me, Peach, American Problem, and Crumble.

- Corpus Christi, Baby Boy.

Boyer - lyrically sick but wouldn't listen to it to chill, requires understanding what hes on about. Meh.
