This is quality art pop. With a very cohesive and back-to-back fun album The Weather Station made space feels embracing and touching. The instrumentals are all so nice, her voice is deep but also quite soft which is ear pleasing at most. The sophistication is palatable and it's also curated, I got every sequence and every abruption as a form of expanding creativity.
In some parts of this record I remembered our dearest Fiona Apple for a while and some other artists as well, but that's not saying she isn't original, there's just some similarities in the line of inspiration and that's stunning.
The biggest quality about this album is the lack of division between the sounds, of course there's differences between the tracks but all of them feel great in their own space.
