As I said, no field recordings, so this time around is a little bit harder to get a grasp of the whole concept that band is diving into, if there even is one, but what the band lacks in concept they make up with heavy and grand pieces of instrumentations that will sometimes leave you at the edge of your seat and sometimes leave you headbanging like crazy. Matter of fact, I think that this is the heaviest GY!BE project I've listened so far and I couldn't be more happy about it.
So while this album didn't give an experience nearly as mind expanding as the rollercoaster of emotions that was Lift Your Skinny Fists, it's still a very good and cryptic album from a very good and cryptic band.
