Peggy comes through with hard beats but I feel like the switch up in flows isn't there as he stays in the same flow throughout most of the album. Kind of crazy how even a good album is a disappointing venture for him. Favorite track: Burning Hammer
Good electropop vibes first album I have heard from here has some bops on here think I will be returning to this. Freak It was a great outro that definitely picked up the later part of the album that was a bit weaker. I Like Ur Look is my favorite track off this.
More of the same from Short N Sweet with the cheeky lyrics. Some songs on here really hit and stick while some others really don't and I feel the hit rate is less from Short N Sweet. It's just alright.
Very nostalgic album for me this was at the sunset of the mixtape era and was one of my favorites. I had so much hype for Chance after this dropped and it got so much play from me.
On this recent listen Pusha Man is so good had to run it back. Just overall a very fun album some of my favorites that ive replayed over the years: cocoa butter kisses, chain smoker, & favorite songs (I used to dream about that Bino Chance collab album)
10 years ago this album came out. At the time this was one of my most anticipated albums as I loved Acid Rap. I was let down some as he departed from the sounds of Acid Rap for the gospel and choir themes that while good was not Acid Rap. It is interesting the journey this guy has gone on after being seemingly crowned on ultralight beam and having the success of this album.
On a relisten it's still just good to me I will say Angels is a standout track but quite a few songs here ... read more
