What an album. This masterpiece by JID is, in my opinion, the best album of the 2020’s so far. The storytelling on this album is something else that hasn’t been done like this many times. 2007 is one of the best songs based on the storytelling that I have ever heard. If his next album will be anything like this we are in for a treat.

This is the greatest album in history. Kendrick uses so many elements of different genres to bring this album together, and I love the jazz influences throughout the tracks. There are songs that have deep meaning like u, and songs that you can play anywhere like Alright. This is truly a masterpiece for the ears.
