King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King
95

If I was rating based off of enjoyability on a regular day to day basis it's like a 76 if I'm honest, but... this album literally predicted the whole sound of the 70's. I marvel at how it capture's the 70s rock scene before it even happened.

Edit:
I was wrong it's higher than 76. It's accurate to my score I just didn't and still don't care for moonchild but I don't hate it like I used to.

Björk - Homogenic
89

Her voice hasn't really been annoying to me until now. Overrated going to be honest.

Edit: nvm i was on crack

Death Grips - Gmail and the Restraining Orders
85

At first it's just noise... then the bad acid trip kicks in

Lil Yachty - Let's Start Here.
97

I took the WOOOOOOK but its to TAME IMPALAAAAAA

Trippie Redd - MANSION MUSIK
51

This is pretty average rage. It's Carti without the originality in experimentation and flow. It's Nardo Wick but instead of an original and more consistent vibe to match with the production, he uses a Lil Uzi flow.

15

Honest to god think i fell alseep by the time i got to bikini bottom.

Travis Scott - Rodeo
99

This is proof you can have ignorant lyrics and make one of the best albums of all time.

Edit: Re-reading this and this is def racism cause like what am i saying

Duster - Stratosphere
93

This is what it feels like to escape the matrix. I don't know what that means or what it entails but that's the vibe.

Sideshow - Wicked Man's Reprise
76

This is an amazing story of a man who's dealing with his own sinful nature. At the same time I gotta mention the problems everyone else has mentioned and more, too influenced sometimes, the length needs better production to make it stick, and honestly there's too many skits and interludes.

Zs - New Slaves
54

Listen to the first three songs, you don't have to listen to the rest.

Influx - Goddess of Deception
46

Me the second half of the album: Is he using the same sounds from previous songs?
Yes they sound exactly the same. The first half when you first found these sounds are hard as fuck though.

Edit: Actually I'm warming up to the sounds and find them to be sounds in comparison to just sounds. Sounds still bring the sound down by being too much sound

Young Thug - Barter 6
82

Young Thug has created some of the best flows and voice in hip hop. His production is miles behind him.

Edit (44->88): nvm i was on crack

Chief Keef - 4NEM
80

I ain't gon lie the transphobia really ruined the song "Hadouken." I don't wanna talk about this project just using this review to shit on transphobia.

SZA - SOS
66

SZA's safe yet experimental album. It's fine. When she experiments she does the most commercial version of another genre, when she doesn't it feels like a more "fine" version of what she's already done. This passes the bar.

Edit: Maybe I'm more impressed by her voice and what she's already done anyways.

83

this shit like being twerked on for a hour straight. it get stale but it's still ass so

Babyface Ray - MOB
52

This is a much more boring version of FACE. Disappointing...

Quadeca - I Didn't Mean to Haunt You
99

what
the
fuck

I'm so glad this album isn't any better cause I don't want to argue for the rest of my life why Quadeca made a better album than To Pimp a Butterfly

Pusha T - DAYTONA
98

this shit make me wanna peddle bricks

Edit: this is the most cringe thing ive ever typed. Ima pretend like that didnt happen

Blu - The Color Blu(e)
89

The second half is damn near perfect.

98

When will Future go back to making shit like this?

"@Stucat I don't mind that criticism of peggy himself. I'm really just talking about the album itself. I would argue also that the EDM influence he's bringing into this ILDMLFY sound is more experimentation than the rappers he's dissing ngl. I see your point vocally but production wise he's been doing a lotta new stuff"

"@airy It's a whole conversation to have, but when it comes to newer more unique sounds (that older generations aren't used to), they tend to appreciate it easier when it comes from white people (especially when it has a more white sound). Look at how rock was treated when it first came out vs when white people started adopting it. Look at how Eminem was praised vs other rappers in the 2000s. And more recently for music nerd sites. 10 years ago it was easier for them to respect Bladee and Lil Ugly Mane over SpaceGhostPurrp, Lil B, or Future."

"Some people dickride people who make music reviews that some disagree with. Some people dickride people who publicly promoted Hitler. Obviously both sides really need a talking to. In fact really those who are convinced by a music reviewer who challenges them on their music taste really need a reality check! GETTEM!"
