Look, I wanted to review this last year but my dumb ass completely forgot to. I felt like coming back to it today for some reason and... yeah it's okay.

This is Will Ryan's Iris project, and who the hell is Will Ryan? Well he's the dude from DAGames, dummy! He's known for making amazing videogame songs like Left Behind, Brothers in Arms, Break My Mind and Build Our Machine. In 2018 he began a solo career under the name Iris, where he would create really uhhh tame alternative metal songs.

Dan Bull is an album by the youtuber The Life of Pablo. He's a very talented individual and this album is just another example of his genius.

Not as good as their self-titled, but definetly a pretty great album. The exciting, fun genre combinations are still present on the sophomore record (yes, there's also an fucking IDM song in this one) but this time around there's a few flaws and some meh tracks. But overall, it's not bad at all.

For the record, this review is about the Bandcamp version of the EP. The soundcloud version has a BANGING bonus track but it also changes the tempo and adds weird stuff to the songs, which I don't really like.

Bet you didn't see this one coming, did you?

Joe Hisaishi's score for My Neighbor Totoro is one of the prettiest soundtracks to anything. Totoro is my favourite movie ever, and this is one of the reasons. Path of The Wind and specially Tonari No Totoro are the two main gems on this score, the ladder is one of the few songs in a foreigh language I can hum in its entirety, the melody is that memorable and nostalgic to me.

It's such a beautifuly composed, rich collection of songs for one of the ... read more
