Review of 4:44 by Jay Z, released on June 30, 2017. Jay Z stops playing the invincible businessman and talks about infidelity and remorse he has encountered in his life, his importance in the African American community. The production is superb, so here's what I took away from it all.
The finely chosen soul and jazz samples are amazing.
A minimalist mix that leaves room for the lyrics, especially for the song 4:44.

Wolf by Tyler the Creator is amazing. Tyler changes his dark beat that he used for Goblin and Bastard to move more towards instrumental jazz soul like we know him.
