Except for the fact that it's an "album" with 710402292 sped-up and slowed remixes of the main four tracks, this is a fun project to try out. I'm not a huge fan of Jumpstyle and its other variations, but what RomancePlanet executed here is actually pretty amusing.

๐๐: LEAVE THE WORLD TONIGHT
๐๐๐๐๐: DREAM
Too easy to predict and too easy to be forgotten.
If ILLENIUM's self-titled album three years ago still offered highlights like "Starfall", "Eyes Wide Shut" or "Nothing Ever After", then this sixth album unfortunately falls apart when it comes to creating memorable moments. It once again leans on the same copy-and-paste production style he's been repeating for years, which was nothing more than another boring, predictable story for me. Some of the guest ... read more
Happy late White Day everyone :D
A three-track love letter from Moore Kismet that nicely establishes their potent, twinkly trap aesthetic. The style's really varied and refreshing in each track, so it would likely to grow on me more over time.

๐๐: BUZZING!
๐๐๐๐๐: ur such a JERK!
Following the 2024 cultural phenomenon "brat" that propelled Charli's career to such new heights, she now boldly ventures into a grand, medieval-esque soundscape with this soundtrack collection for the film of the same name. This project offers a handful of friendly modern pop tunes ornamented by rich layers of classical instrumentations, and it's also well-supported with climactic worldbuilding that fits the romantic concept story well. Though the performance doesn't ... read more
So when will these dudes make film soundtracks?
Just like the name suggests, "Fragments" presents a collection of orchestral cinematic pieces that beautifully bind together. Each fragment seems to narrate a wordless story throughout its delicate layers of poignant instrumentation and an overall ethereal atmosphere. Its structure works most effective when you hear the record all the way through, making some tracks a bit hard to appreciate on their own. Still, those separated pieces ... read more
Their EP "Two Turntables and The Mic" was a damn strong kick-off last year, so I expected this release to build more momentum. That said, things here don't quite work for me as much. Some tracks feel dragged out even though the heavy, gritty sound takes center stage again, and while the sustained energy is spread throughout, it somehow feels less impactful and memorable this time around. Well, I can't deny they're still controlling the heat of their game well. Just a ... read more
Kudos to Bowtied Media for recommending this EP in his top 10 2025 EPs :3
I wasn't familiar with TESSERACTS before, but this is such a killer Neurofunk project with some cool hip-hop approaches. The production sounds absolutely blasting when it is packed with gritty basses and punchy kicks, and I love how they keep that high-octane flow consistent from start to finish. It reminds me a bit of the vibe and hype from Teddy Killerz, though these two manage to push their own voice forward ... read more
It's up to the standard of the genre, yet all four tracks become more and more saturated over time.

๐๐: feel somethin
๐๐๐๐๐: over and over
Although the experience can feel overwhelming with its shrapnel-like bursts of soaring soundscape, femtanyl's debut album stands as a vigorous and ambitious accomplishment from the duo. The record explosively brims with chaotic, aggressive Hardcore and EDM fusion. Distorted drum kits and guitar cuts, beefy synths, compressed vocals with flashes of terrific screamo delivery, and a surrounding dark, suspenseful atmosphere all collide to create something that feels like a rollercoaster across ... read more
(EDIT)
Bombastic opening single “PIXELATED KISSES” marks Joji’s return with fiercely industrial textures and deliberately arranged chaotic drum patterns, and it certainly set my expectations for his forthcoming record even if the length feels kind of humble. However, a total runtime of nearly 46 minutes largely made up of short 'interludes' indicates that "Piss In The Wind" ultimately feels underwhelming within its narrow, self-imposed space. The tracklist ... read more
Even if Melodic Bass is not my go-to genre these days, the comforting textures in Last Heroes's music is hard to ignore. Try placing these tracks next to each others, and it would be worth the time.

๐๐: Deepest Vales
๐๐๐๐๐: Where I Wanna Be
Never have I totally got the hype around PEEKABOO's bass music aesthetics, and "Are We Dreaming" does little to change that. This sophomore record comes off as a largely forgettable experience with barely any backups for future listen. Dry production choices, stretches of empty spaces, and several awkward moments that feels more under polished rather than intentional. The features does add a spark of interest to the project, but they ultimately are not enough to elevate it as a ... read more
A competent debut album from MIKESH!FT that favors consistency over risk-taking. There are definitely interesting moments to get around here, but it feels like most of these Future Riddim cuts lack enough wow factor to fully stand out on their own.

๐๐๐: IL MONDO, PHANTOMS STILL WON'T GO AWAY
๐๐๐๐๐: FR!ENDLY F!RE
I expected more from Korean Skrillex after how KOREAN AMERICAN scared the shit out of me last year, but hey this is not a bad EP in general.

(EDIT)
Honestly, it would've worked better as a single full track rather than three separate pieces.

๐๐: Resistance
๐๐๐๐๐: Kyiv
(EDIT)
Long story short, it's another House/Garage project that gets more and more repetitive throughout its runtime.
๐
๐๐๐: HEADSHOT, FEVER
๐๐๐๐๐: HOW YOU FEELIN
(EDIT)
It still feel more like a sketch ripped from Sonny's notebook rather than a fully fleshed out music record. There's a slightly interesting palette, yet all three tracks eventually fall flat in a pretty dull and underwhelming way.

๐๐: Someone Said
๐๐๐๐๐: Yo Yan
Moe Shop has a real knack for creating these funky, catchy tunes that stay fresh and danceable even after many replays, and it's the main reason I am so easily drawn to their music. Each listen brings a completely different experience compared to the last, and those beats only continue to get better and better as the rhythm rolls on. By leaning into a more disco-themed direction rather than a fully Japanese Kawaii stuff concept, this latest EP is such a vibe to get your head around and ... read more
King Of None's debut album ultimately finds itself underwhelming with its mediocre Melodic Dubstep fused with Metal/Rock production from front to back. That said, I do appreciate the focus on a witchcraft-inspired, haunting aesthetic that maintains the cinematic atmosphere here, and I got to say it stands as the most noticeable strength of this record. On the other hand, the execution fails to live up to my expectations. Not a bad experience by any means, it just struggles to leave any ... read more
