Hannah Diamond is a legend! <3 In comparison to her debut, "Perfect Picture" feels more poppier and just as pink as the artwork looks. I like how Hannah Diamond expresses vulnerability in her music, especially of fears that everyone feels growing up and living life. She combines this feeling with satisfying glitchy production, technological references and cute bedroom aesthetic... like dancing alone at night in your room, wanting to be like the popstars on your wall.. so ... read more
Caprisongs was my musical companion throughout 2022. It was so refreshing to experience an FKA Twigs project that adopts a more carefree approach, one you can easily enjoy during your daily commute without feeling utterly overwhelmed and devastated (side-eyeing you, Magdalene). Caprisongs is a delightful journey, yet it retains that unmistakable FKA Twigs essence.

The musical equivalent of a cozy blanket. Heartstrings is definitely not your "Famous-actress-vents-into-singing"-album you would expect. Leighton Meester is much more than that and doesn't need to be loud for her to be heard.
On Heartstrings lush acoustic instrumentals hug Leighton Meester's sweet voice and melt into dreamy folk pop. It's the perfect soundtrack for a rainy afternoon with a cup of tea. The album is cohesively crafted, though I have to say the melodies of the title ... read more
