"Free the Frail" is my favourite song of the past few weeks.

Opening track "Sex Drive" is an amazing way to start an album!
Was also pleasently surprised for most of the rest of the album as I had no high expectations.

Shame he's not someone who believes the same thing as me...
Ok I need to find out why he's deemed to be a c**t.

I think I may have finally found the best album I've ever heard (and it was hidden in plain sight).
This was inadvertently recommend to me by Ezra Furman, in his study of Lou Reed's 'Transformer' and my current interest in modern art.
I'm a little bit annoyed with myself that I hadn't listened to this earlier.

I've only listened to this album twice (as of July 2019) but will definitively listen to this a lot in time to come.

15 year old me discovers more experimental and dare I say it, heavier, rap; doesn’t look for this sort of music for 3 years...

Perpetual Motional People was released through (newly signed-to indie label) Bella Union, in July 2015 with critical acclaim. You can tell that the 32 year old is very committed to making the best music he can: Fed up with “terrible emo-pop” he’d heard in a previous job he was highly unsatisfied with, he vowed to “make really good music” to “help outweigh ... read more

Although the lyrical topics, delivery of lyrics and the construction of the beats are very generic and dumb making it impossible to take this seriously... It makes me smile so much; it got me to realise I listen to too much depressing music.
I’m sure there’s better Trap out there and there’s obviously better feel good music out there (e.g. Lizzo) but I can’t help how I feel about this album.

P.s. I know I’m late to this guy.

This should be my final rating of this incredible album.
They’re quite personal to me, some of these songs; never listen to this when broken hearted, let’s just say that...
