This is a very ambitious record but somehow Grimes failed to fully utilize her magical touch in producing a mind-blowing record like her previous work, Art Angels and Visions. Violence sounds very promising, catapult the hype beyond the scale. Maybe it is my fault for putting so much anticipation which bring a little bit frustration. Delete Forever is something unusual from her but the song feels like out of place on the record, ruins the cohesiveness of the album. Overall, Miss Anthropocene ... read more

There's no doubt that the hype was skyrocketing since the first announcement on January 7, with the help of their gigantic fandom spamming and promoting the album. Easily Bieber's worst album, undoubtedly the worst album so far of this year. The quality isn't there in fact, most featured artists (Post, Travis etc.) are manipulated for streaming magnet, for commercial purpose obviously. It seems like Bieber has given up his music career, just wants the coins and that's that on that.

I'm not really into hip-hop/trap genre but damn this is a solid, fascinating piece of music. It is beautifully crafted, the consistency truly elevates the theme/concept of the album. Who the Boss Is and Slide My Way hit me really hard tho.
