I originally didn't like this album at all to be completely honest. I had it previously rated at a 40 I think. But I feel like this album isn't meant to be presented at its best when the listener is at their best. I'm not honestly sure what keeps this album away from a perfect album. Maybe it just doesn't "speak to me" as much as other albums I've rated perfectly. But this album... every single track gives me chills down my spine. I frankly don't care if it's on par with other metalcore artists or albums, especially within the metalcore community, it's a masterpiece to me. WOOOOOOOO my God this album was worth the wait. It was INCREDIBLE and that's still an understatement. This is what art in music is meant to look and sound like.
