A very good consistent debut from the group. They deliver some really interesting beats and concepts right from the start and manages to be pretty engaging, along with the other guest singers on here. Only real complaint is that some of the rapping at the time during the mixing feels very quiet and for the most part the rapping is ok. Overall this thing is really good and sets the bar nicely while also showing signs of some absolutely great tracks on here.

Lorde's debut is pretty solid overall, but i don't find myself completely in love with it as i do with her other stuff. There are some good momments on here and a fantastic one with the track Rips. But even the album doesn't really click with me as many others do. I mean she did shake op the pop scene for awhile and that was pretty cool and certianly this is a pop classic, but im just not as head over heels as others are with it.

Mabye a little overrated in my opinion but nevertheless it's still a pretty darn good one at that, probably being my second favourite. I really like some of the experimentation and honestly i kind of wanted them to go a little more out with it, especially them using reversed guitars which i don't think is as utilised as it could have been. But hey thats just how it is, but still as always there are some classic Beatles songs to be found on here. Overall it is good short listen and i ... read more
a pretty nice collab and it's overall pretty fun in general. While it goes for a lot of things like being a triphop, industrial, house/dance album which does work good on here, while others fall a little flat for me. It is also one of those albums that took some time to grow for me with a couple of listens, but onces you know what it goes for, it becomes a pretty solid listen. Overall some great chemistry from Tom and Aurora that has some tracks really landing with great production, while ... read more
Doing a quick background check on how this got made was safe to say pretty interesting but also heartbreaking at the same time. Themes of a real friend that the album tackles reflect the falling out that Simbi and her producer INFLO had. Safe to say knowing the context and hearing Simz'es agressive energy on here, really makes it pack a punch. It is pretty great from start to finish even with Young one of the more love it or hate it tracks, it still flows nicely throughout. The production ... read more
After five years Thundercat is back and has pushed out som great singles that have made me hyped for this album. However while i was a little underwhealmed it still is pretty good for Thundercat standards. As always he shows off his amazing talent and bass playing along with a great front loaded feature list at the first half, that is pretty good. However the second half of this thing kind of falls short on itself, and feels less interesting as the first half.
That is really my big problem, ... read more
A really good debut by the them is what i have to say. It's honestly pretty raw in comparison to what i else have heard from them. But that raw feeling does work to this things strength and lets the lyrics feel all the more powerful on here. Ones that come to mind are Paul and the closer Parallels that really manage to get me in the gut. Overall a really good debut.

A nice overall follow up to The Land Is Inhospital, but not being better ind my opinion. I do like what the album is going for and for the most part doesn't take itself to seriously and leans more over to being a bit ridiculous in a good way. Also like that Mitski brought back the heavy guitars from Be The Cowboy on here, honestly it still makes me hope that she could make a full on rock album. However my only real complain i have on here is that the song structures on every song start to ... read more
After how underwhelming Cracker Island was, i didn't really get to excited when this thing was announced. However the more i listened to the singles, saw the rich inspiration of Indian music that it pulls from, plus the conncepts about death and how both Damon and Jamie had encountered it while being there. I looked more and more forward to the project and the length that it had to offer. Safe to say that it grew on me while listening, and has certainly become a nice addition in their ... read more
Honestly not anywhere close to the level that Brat brought, but then again it's just a soundtrack. For the most part it's pretty alright, with only a few highlights that really steal the show like opener House and Chains Of Love, having me ascend during the chorus. Other then that it is just ok and doesn't leave that big of an impression on me. Haven't seen the movie, but the soundtrack is pretty ok for it, with what Charli came up with.

Really pretty and very beautiful is what i can describe this thing as. Ever since i began my dive on Big Thief, i have always heard that singer Adrianne Lenker had alot of good solowork. This didn't disappoint and carries what i loved about Dragon New Mountian. The only thing i have with it is that alot of the songs blend in with each other, and i just have a hard time distinguishing the songs alone, but that might just be me. Also i did like the last song but am not fan of how it ends all ... read more
After the death of Inury Reserve's member Stepa J. Groggs, the band released By The Time I Get To Phoenix, their final album under the name. While i did like that project and thought that it was a nice way to close of the trios leagacy, it was uncertain if they ever were gonna release any new music. But well they did under the name By Storm, and i was pretty blown away by singles like Double Trio 1 and 2, that really showed that they still had that innovation as they did early on.

This was somewhat worth the hype and the big comeback for A$AP Rocker in about 8 years or something. Honestly i think i like the overall marketing, hype, visuals and style that this thing has got going for it with Tim burton included, more then the actual ablum. There are some pretty good stand outs on here and some great bangers and the experimentation is nice , but overall some of it is just alright and thats about it. I will say the thing that i will take away from this album, is the overall ... read more
This one is a grower, from when i heard it on a first listen. At first i thought, wow i get why people don't like Jack Antonoff's production, however on relistening it's pretty good, with it's minimalistic and sometimes exploding production that works well with what Lorde sings on here. Speaking on Randy Marsh, her song writing is pretty good and she has some good momments on here. Overall Melodrama has some great contents lyrically while having absolute great pop bangers to ... read more
It's a pretty good vibe tbh. Really fun and playful that has lot of personality and is a pretty good 20min listen. Alot of pretty cool bangers on here that really don't overstay there welcome. Other then that i'm glad to see the rise that Pink has had, and excited to see what she does next.

It's not as strong when coming from Dragon New Mountain but it still has it's momments were it is pretty good. I feel that it is a lot more meditative and spaced out which is cool at times, but does drag it a little down and is more just a vibe that isn't that memorable. However i think that the final track is pretty good and gives it a little more points, but other then that i wouldn't say that this is their strongest effort.

It's my really first big deep dive into a grunge album and it did not disappoint. I think i really got motivated out of the blue to listen to this record, was because i stumbled onto an acoustic version of Black Hole Sun sung by the frontman Chris Cornell, which sounded amazing and got me to check out their most poular album aka this one. Honestly i knew what i was getting myself into when i first pressed play, but man did it blow me out of the water with Chris's amazing voice and the ... read more
I have always wanted to give Allie's music a try ever since i got hooked on the single Off With Her Tits, but now that she is going to be supporting Magdalena Bay that i will see next year, that now would be the perfect time. Fun and dark is what i can describe this album as with some pretty heavy lyrics that i might not fully understand the meaning of. I love the atmosphere and very moody and ominous sound created by the synths and guitars that really has this nice dark 80's ... read more
I really rock with this album as a whole experience rather then with individual songs with only a few exceptions. It is a good sequel to EUSEXUA and at some points i would consider it to be better then the original. However i think the record takes a little bit to much of a focus on a vibe at times rather then something that sticks with you like the first instalment did. Overall this really has been a good year for twigs and i hope to see how each of her projects this year will grow on me ind ... read more
Even with projects like Triple X, Atrocity Exhibition and his collab with JPEGMAFIA Scaring The Hoes, this might be his most wild and bold move that he has done in a while. Even if you i don't rock with everything on here as much, as i'm not that deep into the more hardcore side of hyperpop. This album still manages to have some great surprises and fun collabs along it's runtime. Danny as always as some great momments of lyricism, and i gotta give credit to him for taking such a ... read more
