A bad extension to a mid album creates even more mid unsurprisingly

Just an alright collab between two artists with barely any chemistry but I am confused on why the ratings are so low on here I don’t think it’s THAT bad 😭

A near perfect collaboration between a top form rapper and a top form producer, madlib and MF DOOM work together flawlessly to create one of the best abstract hip hop albums to date

A decent soundtrack from metro, but ultimately his weakest effort compared to his known-for studio albums, with just decent production and hit or miss features across the project from the ultimate trap lineup which surprisingly is underwhelming

A very strong Kendrick album that still manages to be insanely good despite being comprised of purely scrapped potential

A very worth the wait project, rocky mixes super interesting production with his best performances in over a decade, making for one of my favourite and most fun listens in recent memory after the 9 year wait

Wasn’t expecting a huge deal going into this but was better than I expected, with solid features throughout and some good singing from bk but i don’t appreciate the cheese grater to my eardrums that is the album opener

A pretty decent album with some really chill songs I personally really mess with, but the songs on the back end here trail off in quality slightly because of their samey feel

Kind of bland instrumental album here, and as my first exposure to Pullman I didn’t know what to expect but unfortunately the basic sounds on here, while calming, won’t be making for any album of the year experiences on any front

Another banger from jid with some great flows and some great lyricism over gritty beats as you can expect from him

One of the most underrated artists out there rn

A below average dull k pop record that has some weird ass songs on it because these beats are too strange

Would’ve been better if they leaned into the more generic k pop hit formula of happy overproduced beats than if they stuck to these goofy ass sounds on some songs

First exposure to NF and shocker it’s buns

Just a weirdly pieced together ep with some decent rap songs but the rest of the album is so boring and honestly is just fit-in-with-the-crowd pop garbage

A perfectly good producer album, with some solid production and on the whole good features from a range of good artists, with specific highlights like Roddy Ricch and Migos

Another weak X project, and maybe it’s me not understanding his style, but the emo vibe he goes for doesn’t hit at all, with half the songs sounding unfinished and the other half sounding like trolls

Boring listen and that stupid ass car noise at the beginning of every song pisses me off SO bad

Definitely some bargain bin cd back in the day because nothing stands out here and everything sounds cheap

This project never resonated with me to begin with off the hits alone and now I’ve listened to the whole thing that still hasn’t changed

This album is just such a sleeper all the way through with very few highlights and some lows that could put me to sleep because the vibe of the album the beats and drake/21s deliveries create is like a parental advisory lullaby

A run of the mill pop record but jenny does a good job at it with catchy instrumentals to remember and, while standard, good enough lyrics to provide a good experience

As my first pop album ranking and first album review of the year while trying to expand my music taste, I’m not mad this is the album to start that venture

Honestly a disappointment not because the albums bad but because it drops off SO much in the second half

A very strong sophisticated Dave project here with some really reflective lyrics as always and some more relaxed beats here than usual but still hits hard, serving as a reminder of how much Dave sticks out in the uk music scene

Everyone on this album is terrible at making music and it doesn’t help that there’s a song wishing for Diddys release

Even the ye production is bad which is surprising considering how strong it is normally
