Requirements:
- Song must be rated by at least 100 people
- Song must be rated 98 or higher
- No scamming the system
Origins for the list:
Recently I listened to the highly praised Sufjan Stevens record titled Illinois and I was blown away by seeing a 99 rating on the track list next to the song Chicago with over 100 people having rated it. Just so you know how rare that is, neither Kendrick nor Radiohead have a single track rated that highly on this site, and in the category of highest rated albums by users, they both have an album in the top 2. Now, of course both of them have a couple tracks rated 98 and with more people rating them, gaining a rating of 98 or higher is much harder to achieve. But encountering this incredibly rare rating made me wonder, what else could be rated this highly?

Thank you everyone for participating and for the kind words! I added all the new recommendations that fit the criteria to the list, as well as updated some of the current ones, with the biggest changes so far being Ain't It Funny by Danny Brown going from 99 -> 98, and Love Sosa by Chief Keef going from 99 -> 98. There also are a multitude of tracks that are 98 or higher but don't have the 100 ratings yet, eg. Don't Cry by J Dilla (with 99 ratings), or Outro by M83 (with 65 ratings), so the list will be evolving as time goes on and more tracks reach the 100 rating mark.

I quickly went through my top-rated albums to find some for you.
Track C – Group Dancers off Mingus' Black Saint and the Sinner Lady has 98.
Everybody Wants to Rule the World off of Tears for Fears' songs from the big chair has a 99.
The title track off of heaven or las vegas by the Cocteau Twins has 98
I realize that I didn't check the counts of reviews for those ones above after I found Dancing in the Dark, Fast Car, and Twin Peaks Theme have ~20 reviews only but scores of 99. Sorry in advance if they dont have <100!
Best songs that barely didn't make the cut: Running Up That Hill, There is a Light That Never Goes Out, Dance Yrslf Clean, Smells Like Teen Spirit, Age of Consent, Enjoy the Silence (all 97).
