CHOSEN BY:

@n0stalgia
"I couldn't possibly think of a better album title for an album as desolate and lonely as 'The Moon & Antarctica' because well, it doesn't get much more desolate and lonely than the moon and Antarctica."

@cljesse
"Probably the most fitting title I've seen an album have."
Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago

@treylikesbands
Eminem - The Eminem Show
70
CHOSEN BY:

@basic_garci
"At the moment, I’ve been thinking about how much the tracks and themes of The Eminem Show tie into each other. It really shows a life that’s just propped up by drugs and a tour. Abuse, sex, racism, will to continue, family, all of this comes together to leak through while everyone thinks of you as perfect. The curtains have opened, it’s time to hide that all away to perform."
Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
80
CHOSEN BY:

@m3gawatt

CHOSEN BY

@kidwithguns
Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
90
CHOSEN BY:

@louisomahoney
"It fits the album perfectly."
Mount Eerie - (after)
CHOSEN BY:

@musicn
"The idea of what happens, (I would assume in Phil's case) 'after' the intense feelings of grief of the death of a loved one, have troubled me since I failed to kill myself a few years ago. 'After' situational depression can very often come other forms of depression that change one's outlook on life for the rest of one's days. I also know, whenever my mind is being an arsehole, that I shouldn't end it all as I think many people love me and it would mess with some friend's and family's mental health."
Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf
80
CHOSEN BY:

@mickyt
"If that album title doesn't indicate what you're in for then you'll understand why after you listen to it."

I don't know if you're still accepting submissions but I would choose Assume Form by James Blake !

Fantastic list. Can you also add "Turn On The Bright Lights" by Interpol?

Super Cool list! Just thinking about some of these picks has made me appreciate the title more. Like someone picked "blonde" and I was like "oh yeah, that is a pretty enigmatic title which leaves a lot to the audience's interpretation" same with "Harmony In Ultraviolet" & "Uneven Compromise".

Put me down for We’re Only In It For The Money. Hilarious along side the unused cover.

@mastercrackfox no worries, I had quite a blast saying that title over and over again lol.

I was gonna say NFR. I think I might go with Blue, Joni Mitchell. It might be basic but it’s amazing how she managed to capture the tone of the entire album in one word :)

Thanks for the inclusion and the trouble of the full title!
